Pursuant to section 166(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, I, Angela Duncan, Manager Rules, Access and Use, New Zealand Transport Agency, notify that the following exemptions from Land Transport Rules were made under section 166(1) of that Act between 1 January 2010 and 30 June 2010 in addition to those published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 July 2010, No. 80, page 2202, and New Zealand Gazette, 29 July 2010, No. 92, page 2445:
