By resolution of the Auckland Regional Council at its meeting held on 24 May 2010 and pursuant to section
24 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the council appointed
Judith Bassett
as chair of Auckland Regional Holdings for a term from
1 July 2010 to 31 October 2010.
