Pursuant to subclause 8.5(f) of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass 2002 ("the Rule"), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the New Zealand Transport Agency, I, Thomas James Logan, Senior Engineer, hereby approve the courses specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of training and certifying Class 1 and Class 2 pilots referred to in the Rule.
