Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 ("Regulations"), the Electricity Commission ("Commission") gives the following notice.

1. Title-This notice is the Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2011.
2. Annual Levy Rates-The Commission has calculated the annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2011 in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Regulations, as follows:
