Pursuant to section 448 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, notification is hereby given of the making of maritime and marine protection rules:
Part 40E: Design, Construction, and Equipment - Sailing Ships
Part 42B: Safety Equipment - Fire Appliance Performance Standards
Part 90: Amendment Rules
Part 200: Offshore Installations - Discharges 2010
All listed Rules come into force on 1 April 2010.
