Pursuant to subclause 10.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes 2006 ("the Rule"), and pursuant to
the powers delegated to me by the New Zealand Transport Agency, I, Stephen Arthur Bull"t, Senior Engineer, Vehicles hereby approve the brake testing devices specified in
the Schedule of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of heavy vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for heavy-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
