Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule:
Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 ("the Rule"), and pursuant to
the powers delegated to me by the New Zealand Transport Agency, I, Stephen Arthur Bull"t, Senior Vehicle Engineer, hereby approve the brake testing devices specified in
the Schedule of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.

Manufacturer: Vehicle Inspection Systems Pty Limited.
Make: VIS-Check.
Models: VIS-VE-RL and VIS-TF-RL.
