Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) gives notice that Luxfer Australia Pty Limited intends to apply for approval of
the Code of Practice: Seamless Aluminium Compressed Gas Cylinders Manufactured to ISO 7866.
Under Regulation 10(c) of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004, ERMA may approve a code of practice that specifies requirements equivalent to the requirements of a standard referred to in Regulation 10(a). Luxfer Australia Pty Limited has applied for Seamless Aluminium Compressed Gas Cylinders Manufactured to ISO 7866 to be approved under this Regulation.
