Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Glen David Gernhoefer and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants at WHK Partnership, hereby give notice that on 20 December 2010 they were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of SAISON RESTAURANT LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 17th day of July 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
