On 14 December 2010, Edward Christian Jansen, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the
27th day of January 2007, to act as receiver and manager
of all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the above-named companies have rights.
