Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
The Receiverships Act 1993
On 14 December 2010, Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of JLZ ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of October 2009 given in favour of Carlton Finance Limited, over all of the company’s present and after-acquired personal property charged by the general security agreement.
