Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 7 December 2010, Dennis John Wood and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the business and assets of BE & LA WISTRAND LIMITED, BE & LA WISTRAND
(the partnership) and HOANGA KUMARA COMPANY LIMITED, pursuant to general security agreements ("GSA") dated the 5th day of July 2004 and the 19th day of September 2005 respectively, charging all of the present
and after-acquired property of the entities and in respect
of which financing statements registered on the
Personal Properties Securities Register on 14 July 2004
as FAOH9POU25939S49 and FT7723972ZN80TU0 respectively, and 7 October 2005 as FA1U9J0P858M4562, with all powers conferred by a GSA and at law.
