Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 3 December 2010, Dennis John Wood and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of TAWERA LAND COMPANY LIMITED
(in liquidation), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of June 2004, charging all of the present and after-acquired property of
the company and in respect of which a financing statement was registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register on the 15th day of July 2004 as FC29PE71G46P2276 with all powers conferred by a general security agreement and
at law.
