Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Ross Petterson, forensic accountant and insolvency practitioner of Forensic Accounting Services Limited, whose office is at Levin, hereby gives notice that on
6 December 2010, he was appointed as receiver of all of
the undertaking, assets and property of TAYLOR OGIER LIMITED (including book debts) under the powers contained in a general security deed in favour of Peter James Ogier, Deborah Karen Ogier and Jonathan Charles Heaphy as trustees of The Ogier Family Trust.
