Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 23 November 2010 at 5.30pm, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Tawil Holdings Limited as receivers
and managers of the property of FAULKNER COLLINS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day of March 2007 secured over all present and future property of the company.
