Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 18 November 2010, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of R.H.E.
& ASSOCIATES LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of December 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
