Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 19 November 2010, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of BLACK SCORPION LEATHER SOLUTIONS LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of September 2006, and BLACK RIDGE APPAREL LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 26th day of November 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
