On 17 November 2010, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of September 2008, the secured creditors appointed Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, chartered accountants of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, as receivers and managers of the company.
The receivership commenced on Wednesday 17 November 2010 at 11.45am.
