Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny hereby give notice that on 12 November 2010, the secured party under each of a general security agreement, memorandum of mortgage 684132.103 (South Auckland Land Registry), deed of transfer by way of security of interest in agreement to lease, and deed of transfer by way of security of interest under agreements for sale and purchase, all dated the 9th day of November 2005 ("the security"), appointed them as joint and several receivers and managers of the rights, property and assets of SYMPHONY PROPERTIES LIMITED, in connection with the interests in land at Acacia Bay, Taupo, secured by mortgage 684132.103, together with certain assets relating to the development of the land.
