Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 15 November 2010, Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountant, and Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, were appointed by Chu-Mun Limited as receivers and managers of the property of HUBSTA LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 21st day of May 2010 secured over all present and future property of the company.
The receivers and managers were appointed to replace Lance David Gilbertson, who was removed as receiver by the security holder in a deed dated 15 November 2010.
