Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 15 November 2010, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of CHANEL COURT MOTELS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of October 2002, which property consists of all the right, title and interest (present and future, legal and equitable) in the undertaking, property, assets and revenues of the company.
