Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 27 January 2010, it was resolved by the directors of ANIMAL SUPPLIES (2008) LIMITED that, as the company was unable to continue trading, the company ceased trading on that same date.
On 28 January 2010, CBS Canterbury, as a secured creditor, appointed David William Strijbis, chartered accountant
of Ashburton, as the receiver and manager of the company pursuant to the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of February 2008.
