I, Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, do hereby give notice that I was, on 10 November 2010, appointed receiver and manager of B.B.Q. KING LIMITED and NUMBER ONE BBQ SEAFOOD RESTAURANT LIMITED.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the debtor's present and after-acquired personal property pursuant to a term loan and general security agreement dated the 24th day of March 2009.
