I, Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, do hereby give notice that I was, on 4 November 2010, appointed receiver and manager of LAKOV LIMITED.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the debtor’s present and after-acquired personal property pursuant to a term loan and general security agreement dated the 26th day of September 2007.
