Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Lance David Gilbertson hereby gives notice that on
4 November 2010, he was appointed receiver of HUBSTA LIMITED (in receivership) under a general security agreement dated the 21st day of May 2010.
The Property in Receivership is: All assets of HUBSTA LIMITED (in receivership), both present and future.
