Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 27 October 2010, H & G Enterprises Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at WEL Energy House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of RAYMOND & MONICA INVESTMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of December 2009.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property excluding stock.
