Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David William Pearson, chartered accountant of Napier, and Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed receivers of ELLISON EQUIPMENT LIMITED on 29 October 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 17th day of December 2009 giving the secured party a security interest over the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
