Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 29 January 2010, Murray Neil Frost and Kyle James Cameron, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed as joint receivers and managers
of the property of KRUGER BRENT (NZ) LIMITED
under the powers contained in a general security agreement
dated the 9th day of July 2008, given by that company.

Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, Level 8, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
