Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, and David William Pearson, chartered accountant of
Napier, were appointed receivers of CL 2010 LIMITED
(in receivership) on 14 October 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 14th day of September 2007 giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
