Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of BLACK ROBIN SHIPPING LIMITED and BLACK ROBIN FREIGHTERS LIMITED on 20 October 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement giving
the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets
of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' present and after-acquired property.
