Notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2010, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John MacKay, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of the property of NEST LIMITED, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 6th day of July 2006, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.

29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
