Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Ian Charles Thursfield, hereby give notice that on 12 October 2010, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to
a general security agreement dated the 8th day of October 2008.
