Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 12 October 2010, we, Laurence George Chilcott and Stephen Rex Tietjens, were appointed under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 28th day of April 2006, to act jointly and severally as receivers
and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
