Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at the request of the mortgagee on 30 September 2010, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of THE PRIMERO TRUST under the powers contained in clause 4.3 of mortgages dated the 9th day of November 2006, the 24th day of November 2006 and the 5th day of December 2006 granted by the trust.
The Property in Receivership is: All the stratum estates
in freehold described and comprised in certificates of
title NA86C/52, NA86C/56, NA86C/59, NA86C/66, NA86C/68, NA86C/79, NA105B/392 and 107478 (all North Auckland Land Registry); together with the associated rights and interests.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre,
29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
