Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Rents and Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 September 2010 Richard Grant Simpson and David
Ian Ruscoe, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton
New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several receivers of rents and income of the property at 10 Hutt Road, Petone, and being more particularly the land described and comprised in, but not limited to, Identifiers 365688, 365689 and 365690 (formerly certificate of title WN43A/758) (the "property").
The receivers of rents and income have all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a second registered mortgage over the property.
