We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices
are at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were,
on 17 September 2010, appointed receivers and managers
of the above-named companies.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of the above-named companies pursuant to general security agreements in favour of PGG Wrightson Finance Limited, all dated the 26th day of February 2009, over all present and after-acquired property.
