Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 21 September 2010, I, John Michael Gilbert, was, under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 19th day of March 2010, appointed to act as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired personal property of the above-named company.
