Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 27 January 2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of EDKINS ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 27th day of March 2007, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.
