Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 September 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 29th day of November 2006 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
