Notice of Termination of Receivership
Gareth Russel Hoole and Sharlene Maree Bryant, of
Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 29 April 2009, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of MAIN STREET EUROPEAN LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of July 2003.
That appointment ceased with effect from 28 January 2010 at 10.00am, the receivers and managers having realised and/or assigned to the general security agreement holder
all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
