Public Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receivership Act 1993
On 20 August 2010, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 10th day of March 2010, the
security holder appointed Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, chartered accountants of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, as receivers and managers of the partnership.
The receivership commenced on Thursday 9 September 2010 at 9.00am.
