Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 27 May 2009, appointed joint and several receivers and managers over all the assets and undertaking of G.P. LOGISTICS LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 17th day of April 2009.
That appointment ceased with effect from 8.30am on
3 September 2010, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
