Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on 26 July 2010, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of KRUGER BRENT (NZ) LIMITED ("the company"), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th day of September 2006, over all present and
after-acquired property of the business carried on by the said company.
The appointment replaces Kyle Cameron and Murray Frost, of Dunedin, who have ceased to act as receivers and managers,
