Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 31 August 2010, Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the companies under the powers contained in
a debenture trust deed dated the 12th day of April 1976
(as amended and supplemented from time to time).
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired property of each of the companies as charged by the trust deed.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
