Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin McCloy and David Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the companies on 1 September 2010 under the terms of various security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
