Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 27 August 2010, I, Paul David Sills, was appointed receiver of a 173cm x 92cm painting by Colin McCahon called "Small Brown Hill" pursuant to a general security agreement over the painting in favour of Bear Paw Limited at Christchurch.
The Receiver’s Office Address is: Level 5, 12 O’Connell Street, Auckland.
