Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of BROWNY’S BREWERY AND MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM LIMITED on 20 August 2010 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of October 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired property and all personal property whether now or in the future.
