Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2010, Andrew John Grenfell and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers
and managers of ALLIED NATIONWIDE FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in
a trust deed dated the 18th day of November 1994.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed
in Respect of: All of the company's present and
after-acquired property and land, and present and future interests in, and present and future rights in relation to such property and land.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
