Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 25 January 2010, Boris van Delden and Roy Horrocks, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 2nd day of July 2008, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company and all other property of the company as more particularly defined in the general security deed.
