Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of the income of the property of SEDMEC LIMITED on 10 August 2010 under the terms of a registered first mortgage (No. 6960061.2) giving the holder a security over the income of the property.
The property in receivership is located at 62 Ward
Street, Addington, Christchurch, being certificate of title CB46B/1129.
